1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the online claim form provided by Riteway Claims Limited, trading as Tyler Media (“Tyler Media,” “we,” “us”). By completing the form and digitally signing the Letter of Authority (LOA), you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Overview:
Claim Types
These Terms apply to claims related to:
- Undisclosed commission on sub-prime secured loans obtained between 2000 & 2010.
- Undisclosed commission on mortgages arranged before 31st October 2004.
Claims Processing
Upon submission and digital signature of the LOA, we will:
- Request a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) from your lender to confirm loan/mortgage details (processing may take up to 6 weeks).
- Forward your claim pack—including copies of your ID, DSAR, and signed LOA—to our regulated legal partner.
- The legal partner will deduct their success fee (28% + VAT) from any final settlement awarded to you.
- No upfront fees or additional charges apply if your claim is unsuccessful.
3. Customer Consent & Authorization:
By submitting your details and digitally signing the LOA, you confirm that you:
- Consent to the processing of your personal data for claim assessment.
- Authorize the inclusion of your digital signature in the LOA issued to the legal partner.
- Grant permission for us to request a DSAR from your lender
4. Digital Signature & Confirmation Process
- Your digital signature is securely stored and used solely for generating the LOA issued to the legal partner.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your claim reference number and a copy of your signed LOA.
- A follow-up email will confirm once your DSAR is received and your claim pack is forwarded to the legal partner.
5. Claim Processing Timeline
- Our legal partner will manage the full claim process, including communication and negotiations with the lender.
- Processing can take up to 12 months, depending on lender response times.
- Some claims may require additional lender documentation, which may result in delays.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Tyler Media only collects claim details and submits them to a regulated legal partner for processing.
- We do not guarantee claim success or final settlement amounts.
- Neither party is responsible for delays beyond their control (e.g., lender non-responsiveness).
- Our liability is limited as permitted under UK law.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
8. Amendments
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
