Tyler Media is a trading name of Riteway Claims Limited, a UK-based company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 941650). We specialise in marketing claims management services to UK consumers across a range of financial mis-selling areas — including claims involving undisclosed commissions on sub-prime secured loans and pre-2004 mortgages.
As part of our work, we help individuals who may have been misled by brokers or lenders and guide them through the early stages of the claim process. One of our core campaign areas relates to:

• Second-charge secured loans arranged between 2000 and 2009

• First-charge mortgages arranged before 31 October 2004

Our in-house team of experienced claims professionals are well-trained and understand the documentary and legal requirements needed to pursue compensation. We ensure that every client’s journey starts with the right questions, appropriate documentation, and a clear explanation of the next steps — all delivered through a user-friendly digital platform.

Our Role

Tyler Media’s role is to:

• Market specific claim opportunities to eligible UK consumers
• Collect essential claim information and documents (ID, contact info, and lender details)
• Help generate the Letter of Authority (LOA) and initiate the DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) from the lender
• Compile the initial claim pack for our legal partner
• We do not charge clients any fees for our service. If the claim is successful, our legal partner, E-Chambers-Direct Ltd, will:
• Deduct a 28% success fee from the final compensation awarded
• Reimburse Tyler Media for our case preparation work

• If the claim is unsuccessful, the client pays nothing — no upfront charges, no hidden fees, and no deductions.

Our Legal Partner

We work closely with E-Chambers-Direct Ltd, a London-based, barrister-led firm that specialises in litigation against lenders for financial mis-selling. Their team assesses each case, communicates directly with lenders, and pursues settlement or court action as appropriate.
